Lace up your running shoes and get ready for one of Mallorca's most scenic athletic events. The Magaluf Half Marathon returns on April 18, 2026, offering you a unique chance to race through the vibrant streets of Magaluf and Palmanova. Whether you are a seasoned long-distance runner or looking to tackle your first 10km, this event combines professional organization with a festive Mediterranean atmosphere that you won't want to miss.
Starting and finishing at the Pista de Atletismo de Magaluf (Magaluf Athletics Track), the course is officially certified by the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation (RFEA). You can choose between the classic 21-kilometer half marathon or the shorter 10-kilometer distance, both kicking off at 17:30. The route takes you along the coastline and through the heart of the tourist district, providing stunning views and plenty of local support. If you have little ones, don't forget the Kids Run on Friday, April 17, making it a perfect weekend for the whole family.
It's not just about the running; it's about the experience. The event features live DJ sets and drum animations to keep your energy high. From April 17 to 19, many local restaurants participate in the traditional Pasta Party, where you can carb-load and socialize with fellow athletes. Participants benefit from professional timing, hydration stations, medical support, and access to showers and lockers. Plus, the first 1,100 registrants for each distance receive an official event T-shirt.
Registration is set to open in the summer of 2025. Prices vary depending on how early you sign up, typically ranging from 16 to 45 Euros. Winners across various age groups and local categories will be recognized at the closing ceremony. Make sure to book your spot early to secure your place on the starting line of this iconic Calvià race. See you at the finish line!
