1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service govern the use of the platform Mallorca Map (hereinafter "Platform") and all related services.

2.1 Free Services
- Search and display of places, events, jobs and classifieds
- Create and manage a user account
- Write reviews and comments
- Create favorites
- Participate in the community
2.2 Paid Business Services
Verification and takeover of an existing place entry as business owner.
- Edit texts, images and details
- Remove similar entries
- Standard landing page
- Visibility in category
- All Starter features
- Ad-free entry
- Create offers & events
- Enhanced visibility in "Similar providers"
- Enhanced search ranking
- All Pro features
- SEO-optimized landing page with page designer
- Lead generation on landing page
- Drag-and-drop website builder
- Rotating homepage ad as business partner
- Review dispute option
- Maximum visibility in all areas
- Pin job for 7 days: €19
- Highlight classified for 3 days: €9
- Feature event for 7 days: €29
3. Contract Formation
For paid services, the contract is formed as follows:
- You select a package or add-on and click "Subscribe" or "Purchase"
- You are redirected to the payment page (Stripe Payment)
- After successful payment, you receive a confirmation email
- The contract is formed upon receipt of the confirmation email
Important: By clicking the payment button, you place a binding order.

5. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BOTZILLA Ltd., Landscape House, Baldonnell Business Park, Dublin 22, D22 P3K7, Ireland, Email: support@mallorca-map.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Premature Loss of Right of Withdrawal
Important: If you expressly request that the service begins immediately (e.g., activation of business account), your right of withdrawal expires prematurely once we have fully performed the service and you have expressly consented before the start of execution.
Note for Businesses
The right of withdrawal described in Section 5 applies exclusively to consumers. Businesses do not have a right of withdrawal.
6. Cancellation & Term
Monthly Subscriptions
- Term: 1 month
- Automatic renewal for 1 month each
- Cancellation: Anytime by the end of the current billing period
- Notice period: None (until the last day of the billing period)
Annual Subscriptions
- Term: 12 months
- Automatic renewal for 12 months each
- Cancellation: Up to 4 weeks before end of term
- Discount: 2 months free (= 16.67% savings)

7. User Obligations
Truthful Information
You undertake to provide only true and complete information when registering and using the platform.
Prohibited Content
You may not publish content that:
- violates laws, third-party rights, or public morals
- contains spam, advertising, or fake reviews
- is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory
- contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
- infringes copyrights or trademarks
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. If you suspect misuse, inform us immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are liable according to statutory provisions, in particular:
- Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence
- Unlimited liability for culpable injury to life, body, or health
- Within the scope of a guarantee or assurance
- According to product liability law
For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage.
User-generated content (reviews, comments, etc.) is the responsibility of the respective users. We are not liable for third-party content but review it upon notification of legal violations.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Right to Amend
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service. Changes will be communicated to you by email at least 4 weeks before they take effect. If you do not object within 4 weeks, the new Terms are deemed accepted.
