Chef de Rang / Service Supervisor

For our new restaurant located directly by the sea in Cala d'Or, Mallorca, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Rang or Service Supervisor. As a key player in our daily operations, you will ensure everything runs perfectly. Your main tasks include:

• Actively working in service and providing professional, top-tier guest care.
• Taking co-responsibility for the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.
• Ensuring high service quality and overall guest satisfaction.
• Supporting the restaurant management team in day-to-day business.
• Guiding, training, and onboarding new service staff members.
• Coordinating workflows during your shift and acting as the vital link between service, kitchen, and management.
• Assisting with the daily cash register closing.

To thrive in this role, you should bring a strong host mentality and the ability to keep a cool head. Here is what we expect from you:

• Several years of experience in the hospitality industry as a Chef de Rang, Service Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Excellent language skills in German and Spanish (minimum B2 level is mandatory), while English skills are highly valued.
• A pronounced service orientation and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• A professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.
• A structured, independent, and proactive approach to your work.
• Strong team spirit, resilience, and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
• Ideally, you already live in the southeast of Mallorca or are willing to relocate there.
