Commercial Assistant in Relocation and Logistics

For our office in Llucmajor, we are looking for a dedicated commercial assistant who wants to support our team and grow together with us.

With us, you can expect a varied workday where you support our team in several areas. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing relocation and transport orders
- Creating and maintaining documents as well as tour schedules
- Entering and updating customer and order data in our system
- Supporting our dispatch team with their daily planning activities
- Communicating reliably with customers, drivers, and business partners
- Handling general organizational and commercial office tasks

Above all, we are looking for someone who works reliably, enjoys organizing, and likes to approach things in a structured way. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Good language skills in German and Spanish
- Confident computer and software skills
- A careful, precise, and structured way of working
- Team spirit, motivation, and a friendly attitude
- Experience in an office environment or commercial sector is a plus, but your motivation to learn is what matters most to us
