You will be responsible for the management and processing of customer contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. You will also provide friendly and professional customer support via telephone and email, helping clients resolve their inquiries and handling any complaints with patience and care. Additionally, you will be in charge of the continuous maintenance and updates of our customer and contract database.

To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong service orientation and a highly reliable, structured approach to your daily tasks. Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a great advantage, but your attitude and dedication are what matter most. You should possess a warm, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. A good command of standard MS Office applications is required to manage your administrative duties effectively, and you should enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
