We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Expert to support our renowned partner Bike24. In this exciting full-time role, you can choose to work completely remotely from anywhere in Spain, or you can opt for a hybrid setup at our beautiful location in Palma de Mallorca. Whichever path you choose, you will be part of a supportive, appreciative community that values your contribution and shares your enthusiasm for the cycling world.
In this sporty and fast-paced environment, you will turn every customer request into a true stage victory. With your warmth and expertise, you ensure that our service runs as smoothly as a freshly oiled chain. Your daily tasks will include:
- Acting as the competent, friendly, and reliable voice for all inquiries regarding the extensive Bike24 product range.
- Advising customers in a highly solution-oriented manner on high-end bicycle components, the latest e-bike trends, accessories, and technical equipment.
- Providing empathetic and efficient support with complex order processes, handling complaints, and providing updates on delivery statuses via phone, email, or chat.
- Finding customized, individual solutions to ensure every single customer experiences the perfect flow on their next cycling tour.
To successfully cross the finish line with our team, you should bring the following skills and qualities:
- A genuine joy in interacting with people and a true heart for delivering excellent customer service.
- A deep, authentic passion for bicycles and the sport of cycling, regardless of whether you prefer mountain biking, road racing, or casual city cruising.
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, to communicate flawlessly with our core customer base.
- Good English language skills are a wonderful plus and highly valued in our diverse, international team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to advise customers respectfully, patiently, and professionally.
- Confident PC skills, a basic understanding of technical processes, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
