In this role, you will take on diverse tasks to guide aspiring business owners through their entrepreneurial journey. You will act as a key resource for individuals looking to start their own ventures. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Promoting entrepreneurship initiatives, with a special focus on cooperative structures, across different industries.
- Reaching out to future entrepreneurs to introduce them to the benefits of collaborative business models.
- Designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs to equip founders with essential business skills.
- Providing hands-on mentoring and personalized advisory services to guide new projects from concept to launch.

To ensure you can deliver the high-quality support our entrepreneurs need, you must meet a specific set of professional and academic requirements. We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- A completed university degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Business Studies.
- A minimum of 12 months of proven professional experience in business consulting, advisory services, or corporate planning.
- A valid Class B driving license and access to your own car to facilitate travel across the local area.

This position offers a structured schedule that allows for an excellent work-life balance, giving you plenty of time to enjoy everything Palma and the rest of Mallorca have to offer. You will work from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00, and on Fridays from 9:00 to 14:30. The compensation for this temporary full-time role is fixed at 27,500 EUR gross per year.
