Facilities Installation Technician in Palma

Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role in maintenance and technical installations right in Palma? Grupo EULEN is looking to hire two Facilities Installation Technicians to join their growing team in Mallorca. If you have solid experience in plumbing, general building repairs, and basic masonry work, this full-time permanent position offers you a great opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial renovation projects across the island.

In this role, your daily tasks will cover a wide range of installation and technical maintenance activities:
- Carrying out plumbing work on both new installations and property renovation projects.
- Installing, inspecting, and maintaining water supply networks, drain systems, sanitary appliances, taps, water softeners, and water heaters.
- Detecting and repairing unexpected faults and breakdowns in plumbing systems.
- Executing general masonry jobs, including wall tiling, floor tiling, drywall (pladur) assembly, and surface finishes.
- Installing doors, fitted furniture, and other housing conditioning components.
- Participating actively in full refurbishments and general facility maintenance across various properties in Palma.
- Ensuring high-quality standards in all completed work while strictly respecting workplace health and safety rules.

To be considered for this role, you should bring the following background and skills:
- Intermediate Vocational Education and Training (CFGM / Vocational Qualification) in a relevant technical field.
- A valid Class B driving licence.
- Technical knowledge in additional specialties such as electrical systems, HVAC (climatisation), or general building maintenance.
- A proactive mindset, reliability, and precision in your work.

What you can expect with Grupo EULEN in Mallorca:
You will enjoy a permanent contract with a full-time schedule working from 8:00 to 16:00. The salary is set at €25,000 gross per year distributed over 14 payments, in accordance with the Metal Sector Collective Agreement.
