Floor Renovation Assistant

Natursteinsanierung Mallorca is currently seeking a dedicated Floor Renovation Assistant or Construction Helper to join our operations in Palma on a freelance basis. Starting from February 16th, we are looking for a reliable individual to support our team with regular assignments across the island of Mallorca. As a Floor Renovation Assistant, your primary focus will be supporting our ongoing natural stone and floor restoration projects. You will be an essential part of our on-site team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and to the highest standards. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the main technicians with various floor renovation and restoration tasks.
• Preparing work areas, tools, and materials specifically for natural stone restoration.
• Supporting the team with regular construction duties on different job sites throughout Mallorca.
• Ensuring that work environments are maintained safely, cleanly, and efficiently at all times.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who bring practical, hands-on experience to the table. While general construction experience is required, specific knowledge of natural stone is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Proven mid-level experience as a construction helper or in a similar physical construction role.
• Previous experience working with natural stone is highly preferred and strongly welcomed.
• Availability to commence work starting promptly on February 16th.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to various project locations across Mallorca.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer while seamlessly integrating into our professional team.
