As a full-time Maternity Nurse and Nanny, you will ensure the well-being of both mother and baby with care, foresight, and warmth. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Providing holistic support and care during the postpartum period.
- Assisting with the daily care and routine of the newborn baby.
- Supporting the household within the framework of everyday family life.
- Running errands, grocery shopping, and taking over small organizational tasks like accepting packages.
- Preparing fresh, balanced meals as well as healthy snacks.
- Accompanying the family to medical appointments or other relevant engagements.
- Occasionally traveling abroad with the mother and baby.

To thrive in this intimate and personal environment, you need a high level of empathy and a strong sense of discretion. The family is looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

- Proven experience in caring for newborns and supporting new mothers.
- A warm-hearted, calm, and empathetic personality with a confident and reassuring demeanor.
- Absolute discretion and a highly developed sensitivity for personal situations.
- A valid driver's license and your own car to navigate around Palma and Mallorca.
- Willingness to travel internationally with the family when required.
- A strictly non-smoking lifestyle.
- Very good communication skills in either English or German.
