Full-Time Rental Agent

Your main responsibilities as a Rental Agent will involve engaging with a dynamic and competitive market. You will take charge of the entire rental process and ensure our clients receive the highest standard of service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Acquisition and rental of premium properties across Palma and the surrounding areas.
- Creating detailed and attractive property exposés.
- Evaluating properties and presenting them professionally to potential clients.
- Providing continuous, high-quality support to our discerning customer base.
- Implementing effective sales and marketing measures to maximize reach and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you need a strong connection to the island and a passion for the real estate industry. We are looking for someone with a high level of commitment, excellent organizational skills, and an independent, proactive work style. Your profile should include:
- A permanent residence in Mallorca (ideally in or around Palma) and solid regional market knowledge.
- Very good German and good Spanish skills (both mandatory), along with strong English proficiency.
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree is highly desirable.
- Several years of experience in an upscale, service-oriented environment.
- Confidence in using MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident, professional appearance.
