Gardener Assistant in Calvià

Your core daily responsibilities will cover land preparation, ongoing garden maintenance, and site cleanup across assigned locations:
- Digging, turning over, and leveling soil to prepare planting beds and turf areas.
- Removing stones, weeds, fallen leaves, and general rubbish from grounds and gardens.
- Transplanting plants into ground soil or decorative pots as needed.
- Watering plants manually or operating simple automated irrigation systems.
- Mowing lawns using motorized mowers or manual lawn tools.
- Pruning hedges and tree branches under supervisor guidance.
- Collecting and clearing away pruning waste, dry leaves, and green debris to keep sites clean.
- Safely loading, unloading, and organizing tools and work equipment for daily tasks.

To qualify for this position, you need to meet the following practical requirements:
- At least 3 months of prior work experience in gardening, landscaping, or ground maintenance.
- A valid Class B driving license to assist with vehicle transport and equipment handling.
- Physical readiness for active outdoor manual work throughout the week.
- No formal academic qualification or high school diploma is required.

Here is what is offered with this job opportunity:
- A permanent employment contract (Indefinit) offering consistent, ongoing work.
- Full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
- Annual gross salary of 18,000 EUR, which includes annual extra pay installments.
