* A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a retail store or a similar customer-facing role.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
* Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a structured schedule.
* Basic Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with local customers and team members.

We offer a structured and reliable employment package in accordance with the official retail sector collective agreement (conveni de comerç). Here is what you can expect:

* A gross monthly salary of 1,500 EUR.
* A permanent discontinuous contract (contracte fix discontinu) providing long-term stability.
* A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Sunday.
* One and a half days off per week to rest and enjoy the island.
* Fixed shift rotation consisting of 3 morning shifts and 3 afternoon shifts.
