Your daily responsibilities will center around the physical preparation of the horses and the smooth, safe execution of the therapeutic sessions. During the sessions, you will guide the horse properly and safely in close coordination with the therapist. You will also work collaboratively with the rest of the professional team to ensure the best outcomes, and take charge of the routine care and maintenance of all materials and equipment used during the interventions.

To be successful in this role, you must meet several essential criteria. You need an official qualification or degree related to the fields of health, education, or social work, alongside solid, demonstrable equestrian knowledge. At least three months of previous experience in a similar role is required. Additionally, because of the location and scheduling, you must hold a valid Class B driving license and have your own vehicle to commute to the site in Marratxí.

This position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 14:00 to 19:00, which totals 35 hours per week. The salary is 19,000 EUR gross per year (for a full-time equivalent), and the employment terms are aligned with the disability collective agreement (conveni de discapacitat), providing a secure and regulated work environment.
