Kids Club Attendant (Part-Time)

The Steigenberger Hotel & Resort in Camp de Mar, perfectly located in the southwest of Mallorca near the picturesque fishing village of Port d'Andratx, is looking for a dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our international team. Nestled within a stunning 18-hole golf course and just 250 meters away from the Mediterranean beach, our resort offers an incredible and inspiring workplace. We are currently seeking a motivated new team member for the upcoming season to take care of our youngest hotel guests with joy, care, and enthusiasm in a part-time role of 27 hours per week.

As a Kids Club Attendant, your daily responsibilities will ensure our little guests have an unforgettable and safe holiday experience. Your tasks will include:
• Providing attentive and loving childcare in our hotel's dedicated Kids Club and the adjoining garden area.
• Developing, planning, and executing a varied, creative, and entertaining children's program tailored to different age groups.
• Actively assisting with special hotel-wide events and activities that involve the children staying at the resort.
• Managing the inventory and ordering necessary materials, toys, and craft supplies for the Kids Club.
• Maintaining order, safety, and cleanliness in the Kids Club after each use to ensure a welcoming environment.

To be successful and happy in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and personal traits:
• A genuine interest, deep enthusiasm, and pure fun in working with and caring for children of various ages.
• Outstanding creativity when it comes to designing a diverse and engaging daily entertainment program.
• Initial previous experience in working with children, whether in a professional childcare setting, animation, or similar fields.
• A highly positive, welcoming, and radiant personality that makes children and parents feel comfortable instantly.
• Strong team spirit, high personal dedication, and a solid sense of quality awareness in your daily work.
