Logistics Supervisor

This is a permanent position starting in June, offering you a stable and predictable schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 13:00 (20 hours per week). In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the daily logistics operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your main duties will include coordinating delivery routes to ensure timely distribution across the region, managing the administrative tasks associated with daily operations, and actively participating in the loading and unloading of trucks. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of efficiency and organization within the warehouse and transport processes.

To succeed in this position, you need to meet several key professional requirements. You must have at least one year of proven experience in logistics and coordination. A valid forklift license (carnet de carretiller) and a Category B driving license are absolutely essential for this role. Additionally, you should possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 to handle daily administrative tasks and digital communication. Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, practical attitude are highly valued.

This position offers a permanent contract (indefinit) with an official start date in June. You will work a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 13:00, allowing you to maintain an excellent work-life balance here in Palma. The annual gross salary is 12,400.43 EUR, and the employment conditions are governed by the official collective agreement for road freight transport (conveni de transport de mercaderies per carretera).
