As part of our dedicated team in Artà, you will take on exciting responsibilities in the premium real estate market. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing first-class support and comprehensive advice to demanding clients in the premium segment.
• Acquiring, accurately evaluating, and successfully marketing high-quality, luxury properties across Northeast Mallorca.
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships while expanding your professional network on the island.
• Confidently leading sales negotiations from the initial contact all the way to a successful closing.
• Actively contributing to the ongoing expansion, market presence, and overall success of our location in Artà.

To thrive in this dynamic and rewarding role, you bring a true passion for high-end properties and a strong drive to succeed. Your profile should include:

• Previous experience in real estate sales is a distinct advantage, though not an absolute requirement if you have the right mindset.
• Outstanding sales skills and a genuine enthusiasm for the luxury real estate market in Mallorca.
• An independent, highly structured, and strictly goal-oriented way of working.
• Exceptional communication skills and a confident, highly professional demeanor when interacting with premium clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the necessary assertiveness to close high-value deals.
• A collaborative spirit, showing that you are a true team player with a high level of commitment.
• Very good German language skills as well as good Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.
