In this position, your main focus will be assisting customers and managing marine products. Your daily tasks will include advising clients on nautical supplies, hardware, and DIY solutions for boats. You will ensure that the store is well-stocked, products are clearly displayed, and customer inquiries are handled efficiently. Your expertise will help boat owners and professionals find exactly what they need for their vessels, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you need to bring specific skills and experience to the team. You must have an intermediate to high level of English to communicate effectively with our international clients who visit the island. Good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel, are required for daily administrative tasks. Additionally, you must have previous experience in a similar role, specifically within the fields of DIY, nautical goods, hardware stores, or related retail sectors.

This is a full-time, indefinite position offering long-term stability in Mallorca. Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to enjoy your weekends. The salary is 22,200 Euros gross per year, established in accordance with the collective agreement for the retail commerce sector (conveni col·lectiu de Comerç).
