As our specialist on-site, your main responsibilities will focus on maintaining high safety standards and compliance across all processes. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

- Planning and organizing comprehensive occupational health and safety training sessions for staff.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Monitoring, controlling, and continuously improving the ISO 45001 management system.
- Participating actively in audits to ensure full compliance with regional and national safety regulations.

To succeed in this role, you must bring a solid educational background and practical experience. We require the following qualifications and skills from you:

- A Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) covering all three specialties.
- A minimum of 12 months of professional experience in a similar position.
- A valid driving license and your own vehicle to facilitate travel around Palma and nearby areas.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and strong communication skills.

This position offers a stable, permanent contract that allows you to plan your long-term future in Mallorca. You will work a regular full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, which includes a 30-minute break for lunch. Your salary will be determined according to the collective agreement for the recovery and recycling of waste and secondary raw materials.
