In this varied role, you will be the backbone of the daily operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling general office and administrative tasks to maintain smooth daily workflows.
- Providing excellent customer support, both over the phone and in writing.
- Preparing quotes and processing incoming orders efficiently and accurately.
- Managing invoicing and taking care of preparatory accounting duties.
- Organizing appointments and coordinating schedules for the wider team.
To succeed in this position, you should bring a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Specifically, your professional profile should include:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience in administration.
- An independent, structured, and highly reliable way of working.
- A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and a true team-player mindset.
- Native-level German and fluent Spanish (both spoken and written) are essential. Additional English skills are considered a strong advantage.
