Office Manager in Mallorca

In this key role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our offices. Your main tasks will include leading, coordinating, and motivating our local team, ensuring everyone works together effectively. You will also be the primary point of contact for our international clients, providing them with exceptional support. Additionally, you will oversee all administrative and commercial processes, ensuring high standards of efficiency, while actively supporting daily office management tasks.

To be successful in this position, you must bring professional experience in the insurance industry, as well as proven leadership skills and a natural talent for organization. Since we work in a multicultural environment, very good German language skills and intermediate Spanish language skills are essential. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, personal initiative, and a clear customer-oriented mindset. Your ability to motivate, coordinate, and foster the professional development of your team members will be crucial to your success.
