Your main responsibilities will include preparing customer orders using a PDA device, ensuring accurate and efficient picking. You will also handle the regular restocking of the picking areas to keep the stock levels optimized for the team. Additionally, keeping the platform clean, safe, and organized is an essential part of your daily routine to maintain a high-quality working environment.

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of six months of experience working as an order picker or warehouse assistant. You should be comfortable working with digital tools like PDAs and have a solid understanding of basic warehouse workflows. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team are key requirements for this position.

This is a full-time, permanent contract offering a stable gross annual salary of 18,000 EUR, plus an additional productivity bonus in accordance with the Balearic Islands Retail Agreement (Conveni Comerç IB). There are various shift options available depending on the location: at Polígon Son Castelló, the shift is Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00. At Mercapalma, shifts run from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00 on a rotating basis. There are also two night-shift vacancies available from 19:30 to 3:30.
