As a Personal Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and guidance. Your daily tasks will be varied, engaging, and crucial to our continued success. You will be responsible for providing excellent, personalized customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. Additionally, you will support the team actively throughout various sales processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Handling essential administrative and commercial duties to keep the office running flawlessly will also be part of your routine. Most importantly, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and professional experience for our local and international clientele across Mallorca.

We strongly believe in potential, attitude, and motivation. Therefore, no prior professional experience is required for this role – we will provide comprehensive, hands-on training to get you fully up to speed. However, to succeed and thrive in this position, you should bring native-level German proficiency to communicate flawlessly and build trust with our core client base. You also need very good knowledge of the Spanish language to navigate the local business environment and interact effectively with local partners. A highly organized, structured, and reliable approach to managing your daily tasks is essential, along with a strong, genuine motivation to learn, continuously develop your professional skills, and grow alongside the company.
