As a freelance sales consultant with acquisition responsibilities, you will look after our international clients from start to finish. Your main responsibilities include:
- Acquiring and listing new properties on Mallorca.
- Organizing and conducting professional property viewings.
- Accompanying and guiding your clients reliably through to the successful closing of the sale.
- Maintaining close relationships with property owners and potential buyers.

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong connection to the island and a passion for sales. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Very good language skills in Spanish, German, and English.
- Residency and excellent local knowledge in your preferred region of Mallorca.
- A well-groomed appearance with excellent manners and communication skills.
- Solid experience in sales and/or the real estate sector.
- High self-motivation, loyalty, customer orientation, and a strong local network.
