In this role, you will take on key responsibilities to drive sales and build lasting relationships. Your main tasks include:
- Acquisition and sale of high-end properties in Mallorca
- Valuation and professional presentation of properties
- Providing consistent, professional customer care to our clients
- Implementing targeted sales and marketing activities

To succeed in our team, you should bring a strong service mindset and a passion for exclusive properties. Your profile:
- Permanent residence in Mallorca (ideally Palma or surrounding areas) and solid regional market knowledge
- Excellent German skills (mandatory), very good Spanish skills (mandatory), and good English skills
- Proven sales experience, either in real estate or another premium sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with a hands-on, proactive mentality
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally initial experience with CRM systems
