As a Sales Manager for Lead Generation and Business Development at Gevekom, you will become the driving force of our Sales Hive. Located directly above Starbucks in the center of Palma, you will develop strategies for our continued growth. You are not just a traditional salesperson; you are a door opener and networker. You will identify potential partners from industries like e-commerce, travel, or fashion, and inspire them with our innovative, AI-supported customer service solutions. Following a successful first year of our Sales Hive, we are looking for you to help us take our lead generation to the next level.
In this role, you will act as a lead machine by proactively identifying and contacting B2B decision-makers through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking events. You will scan market trends and analyze which companies can benefit most from our outsourcing solutions. By qualifying leads and preparing the stage for our team pitches, you will act as a strategic pathfinder for our shared success. Additionally, you will meticulously manage our CRM pipeline to ensure no contact is lost, while representing Gevekom's values as a solution-oriented, warm, and highly professional brand ambassador.
To succeed in our Sales Hive, you should bring a true hunter mentality, loving the thrill of new customer acquisition and remaining persistent until the door is open. You have already achieved success in lead generation or inside sales and possess a strong digital affinity. Excellent communication skills are essential: you must speak fluent German (C2 level) and secure English. Above all, you are an absolute team player who works independently and thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
