You will play a key role in helping visitors discover the best boat trips on the island.

In this role, you will be the face of our company in Santa Ponsa. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming and advising customers at our excursion office with a friendly and positive attitude. You will present and sell our diverse range of boat excursions to tourists and locals, handle bookings, manage ticket sales, and organize daily reservations. Additionally, you will answer customer inquiries in person, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the sales office remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.

To succeed in this position, you must already reside in Mallorca and bring a self-motivated approach to your daily work. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of other languages is highly valued.
- You must currently live and reside in Mallorca.
- A highly organized, responsible, and self-motivated personality.
- A friendly, open personality with proven experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.
