Senior Event Sales Manager

A new chapter in mobility and premium events began in April 2025 on Mallorca. Perfectly located on the MA 19 highway between the airport and Palma, Motorworld Mallorca spans an impressive 80,000 square meters. This unique destination features the massive 2,400 m² Motorworld Mobility Hall, ten versatile meeting rooms, and the exclusive Drivers Lounge. To position and develop this extraordinary venue on the international event market, we are looking for you as our new Senior Event Sales Manager.

In this role, you will lead active sales, client acquisition, and consulting for national and international clients. Your tasks include conducting site visits, managing the entire quotation and contract process, and executing after-sales relationship management. You will also plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale events, conferences, and business meetings while developing targeted sales and marketing strategies to expand our network of agencies and partners.

To succeed, you have completed training or a degree in event management or a related field, alongside several years of professional experience in the event, MICE, or trade fair industry. You possess strong acquisition and negotiation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a structured, hands-on working style. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you must be fluent in Spanish, Mallorcan, German, and English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of MS Office.
