As a Social Projects Coordinator, you will take on a vital role in our operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading the technical management of social projects throughout their entire lifecycle, including identification, formulation, monitoring, and final justification.
* Actively researching and analyzing public and private funding opportunities to support our ongoing and future initiatives.
* Ensuring all project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are met with high precision and quality.
* Collaborating with local stakeholders and partners in Palma to ensure the successful execution of each project.

To succeed in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* A university degree directly related to international cooperation and development.
* A minimum of 12 months of professional experience in a similar project management or technical coordinator role.
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to navigate public and private funding calls.
* Professional proficiency in Spanish to effectively communicate with local partners and authorities.

We offer a structured and supportive working environment in Palma, Mallorca. The position comes with a gross annual salary of 29,000 EUR. You will enjoy a balanced schedule that allows you to make the most of your free time on the island: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 9:00 to 14:30.
