As a Social Worker, your daily tasks will revolve around providing holistic support. You will assess the unique needs of each woman and connect them with the appropriate resources. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing tailored assistance in key areas such as personal development, employment opportunities, housing security, legal matters, healthcare, financial stability, and social integration.
- Accompanying women through every step of their journey, offering both emotional support and practical assistance.
- Navigating and managing public and private resource networks to secure the best possible outcomes for those in your care.
- Acting as a trusted advocate and guide during complex administrative and personal processes.

To be considered for this vital position in Palma, you must fulfill specific professional qualifications. The requirements for this role are:
- A completed university degree in Social Work (Grau Treball Social).
- Demonstrated professional experience working directly with individuals and collectives affected by gender-based violence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with vulnerable individuals.
- Fluency in Spanish to effectively manage local administrative tasks and client relations.

This position offers a structured schedule and clear compensation. You will work on-site in Palma, Mallorca, with the following weekly hours: Mondays from 8:00 to 15:30, Tuesdays from 8:00 to 17:30, and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00. The salary for this role is set at 1,877.46 EUR gross per month, paid out in 14 installments throughout the year.
