Technical Property Manager and Facility Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for the professional care, maintenance, and technical oversight of high-quality real estate properties on the island. In your daily work, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities to keep our properties in top condition. Your main tasks include:
- Maintaining and inspecting sanitary, electrical, and building services.
- Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance work.
- Coordinating and supervising external craftsmen and service providers.
- Organizing and successfully completing smaller projects on your own initiative.
- Monitoring air conditioning, water systems, and other technical installations.
- Handling documentation and communication via our project management software, WhatsApp, and email.
- Supporting property owners and managing materials and schedules efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong hands-on mentality and a professional attitude. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Practical experience in sanitary, electrical, general facility, or swimming pool technology.
- Strong technical understanding and manual skills.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Great organizational talent and a high sense of responsibility.
- Confidence in using smartphones, apps, and computers for daily organization.
- A valid class B driver's license.
- Professional and friendly appearance when interacting with owners and partners.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; German is a strong advantage.
