Event Terms & Privacy Notice

1. Organiser & scope

The Mallorca Map Business Match is organised by Mallorca Map. These event terms apply to everyone who registers for and/or attends the event.

2. Registration & commitment

Attendance is free but binding. One registration is valid for exactly one person. Please only register if you will actually attend – we plan for every single person.

If you cannot attend after all, please cancel in good time using the personal link in your confirmation email.

3. Photo, video and audio recordings

Photos, video and audio are recorded at the event. By registering, you consent to Mallorca Map creating, storing, editing and publishing these recordings – including ones in which you are recognisable – without time or territorial limit and free of charge for its own marketing, PR and social media purposes (e.g. website, Instagram, newsletter).

There is no claim to remuneration. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by emailing mmbm@mallorca-map.com; recordings already published are excluded. If you do not wish to be recorded at all, please let the Mallorca Map team know on site.

4. Data protection

We process your registration data (including name, email, phone, company and your "I offer" / "I am looking for" entries) solely to organise and run the event, prepare the matching and communicate with you about the event.

5. Conduct & house rules

We value respectful, professional interaction. The house rules of the respective venue apply. We may exclude people from the event in case of disruption or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Liability

Participation is at your own responsibility. Mallorca Map is not liable for personal injury, property damage or loss of items, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. No particular networking outcome or specific business deals are guaranteed.

7. Changes, cancellation & postponement

Venue, time, schedule, partners and sponsors may change. The exact venue will be announced by email in good time before the event. The event may be cancelled or postponed; we will inform you by email in that case.
